14 days, no questions asked

If Cavvy isn’t right for you, you get a full refund within 14 days of your purchase. You don’t need to give a reason. This comes on top of the 14-day free trial, which you can use before buying.

How to ask for a refund

Purchases are handled by Paddle, our Merchant of Record, so refunds are paid out by Paddle to your original payment method. You can ask for a refund either way:

• at paddle.net, using the email address of your purchase, or
• by writing to [email protected] with the email address of your purchase or the order number from your receipt.

Refunds usually reach you within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment method.

What happens to your license

A refunded purchase no longer includes a license. The license stops working in Cavvy, and it can no longer be sent to you again.

After 14 days

After 14 days we don’t offer refunds as a rule. If something went wrong, for example a charge you didn’t expect, write to us anyway and we will look at it. Your statutory rights, including any right of withdrawal you have as a consumer, are not affected by this policy.
