A working day

How the parts fit together, from the morning brief to the next morning.

  1. Once

    Set up

Install and sign in your agents in Settings → Agents, put your repositories into projects and tell each repository how it is set up and what Done Means.

  2. Morning

    Give a task

New Task… (⌘N): project, repositories, brief, agent. The agent gets its own branch and worktree, set up before it starts.

  3. Late morning

    Work across repositories

For a change to app, API and website, choose all three in New Task…, or let the agent take in what it needs. Each repository appears in the list at once.

  4. Afternoon

    Watch the control room

Needs You comes first. Questions stand above the terminal, ⌥⌘↓ takes you to the next session waiting for you.

  5. Late afternoon

    Check

Done Means runs your tests when an agent is done, a Second Opinion reads the change, and you review it in the window (⇧⌘D).

  6. Evening

    Sign off

Finish… merges, opens a merge request, parks or deletes. It always asks; merging has no shortcut.

  7. Overnight

    Let it run

Close the window or the lid. Sessions keep running, on a server even without your Mac. In the morning, Since you last looked tells you what happened.
