Who we are
Cavvy is made by MOJM – Owner: Oliver Terp, Heinrich-Lübke-Str. 16, 42579 Heiligenhaus, Germany (“we”, “us”). Contact: [email protected]. Full provider details are in the imprint.
Buying a license
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. When you buy a license, your purchase contract is with Paddle, under Paddle’s buyer terms. Paddle issues your invoice and collects applicable taxes.
A license costs €9.99 as a one-time purchase, taxes included. Prices in other currencies are shown in the checkout.
Free trial
You can use Cavvy free for 14 days without buying a license. After the trial, sessions that are already running keep running; starting new sessions needs a license.
Your license
After your purchase we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Cavvy on all Macs that you personally use. The license is for one person. It may not be shared, resold or published.
The license includes all updates we release for Cavvy 1.x. Whether a future major version is a free or a paid upgrade is decided when it is released; your 1.x license keeps working either way.
You may not decompile, modify or redistribute Cavvy, except where the law allows it. Cavvy works with coding agents and servers you choose; their use is governed by their own terms.
Refunds
You can get a full refund within 14 days of your purchase, without giving a reason. See our refund policy. A refunded license stops working.
Warranty and liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and under the German Product Liability Act. For slight negligence we are liable only for breaches of essential contractual obligations, limited to the damage that was foreseeable and typical for this kind of contract. Statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.
Cavvy runs the coding agents you start, with the permissions you give them. Keep backups and review what agents change; we are not responsible for changes an agent makes to your code or systems.
Changes and law
We may update these terms for future purchases. The terms that applied when you bought your license continue to apply to it. German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you are a consumer, the mandatory consumer protection of the country you live in still applies.
