• It knows when Gemini works.

Cavvy reads Gemini CLI’s “esc to cancel” timer, and counts fresh output as work too, since the timer can be hidden.

  • The conversation survives a restart.

Cavvy starts Gemini CLI with a session ID of its own and continues with --resume after a restart, as long as the chat is saved.

  • As it is.

Cavvy changes nothing in Gemini CLI: no hooks, no task rules. It works in tasks, also across repositories, like any agent, and its questions show in the terminal. It can be a task’s author, not its second opinion.

  • On your servers, too.

Gemini CLI runs on Linux and Mac servers with the same status and resuming. Install, update and sign it in there from Settings → Agents.
